Add support for PHP-FPM error backtraces and session upload progress 694c2e4b77 
- Introduce `PHP_FPM_FATAL_ERROR_BACKTRACES` and `PHP_FPM_SESSION_UPLOAD_PROGRESS_ENABLED` environment variables with defaults.
- Configure `fatal_error_backtraces` and `session.upload_progress.enabled` in `app-fpm.conf`.
Update dependencies in composer.lock to their latest versions efc7b93133 
- Update multiple packages including `brick/math` to v1.0.0, `laravel/framework` to v13.38.0, and `guzzlehttp/guzzle` to v7.16.0.
- Introduce new dependency constraints and support updates for PHP 8.3.
